✧ Terms of Service ✧

General Terms
- By commissioning artwork from me you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- These terms are subject to change without notice. The latest version will be available here.
- All commissioned artworks are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.Payment
- All prices are in Euro.
- Full payment must be made upfront.
- Payment methods accepted: PayPal or via Ko-Fi. Alternatives may be proposed.Process
- Commission requests must be made via Email or by social media PM after completing the form.
- You are entitled to 5 rounds of revisions during the sketch and line phase. Additional revisions will be charged.
- Upon approval of the sketch, the final artwork will be created. Minor revisions after completion are limited to 3 rounds.
- The final artwork will be delivered in .PNG or .JPEG via Email after payment has been completedUsage Rights
- I retain all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to use it in my portfolio, website, and social media unless discussed otherwise.
- You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes unless a separate licensing agreement is reached.
- You are allowed to share the artwork on social media with proper credit unless discussed otherwise.Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel the commission before work begins, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
- If you cancel the commission after work has begun, you may be required to pay for work completed up to the point of cancellation. Alternatively, you will be refunded for the uncompleted work.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, in which case a partial refund will be provided according to the work completed.Communication
- Communication will primarily be conducted via Email, Discord or social media PM.
-You are expected to respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid delays.Liability
- I am not liable for any misuse of the artwork by the client.Agreement
